一、基本合作原則

1)、公司在地級、縣級以上城市招募合作商，由總部統(tǒng)一品牌運(yùn)營管理。

2)、合作商受到公司的地區(qū)性保護(hù)，合作商可以在代理授權(quán)區(qū)域內(nèi)開展銷售業(yè)務(wù)。

3)、管理按國家行政區(qū)域劃分，區(qū)域負(fù)責(zé)人應(yīng)承擔(dān)合作商推廣、監(jiān)督服 務(wù)、管理培訓(xùn)、市場維護(hù)、嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行總部下達(dá)的各項(xiàng)指令。

4)、合同期為二年、合同期滿有優(yōu)先續(xù)簽權(quán)，二年內(nèi)享有公司給予的： ①銷售培訓(xùn)權(quán)利  ②品牌使用權(quán)利  ③經(jīng)營權(quán)利

二、合作商基本條件

①擁有獨(dú)立規(guī)模的店鋪，具備一定資金實(shí)力，良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)。

④有足夠的業(yè)務(wù)人員，較強(qiáng)的公關(guān)能力。
